Letter To POTUS Re: AUP

Mr. President,

I hereby suggest that you declare the American Unity Party (which, to be crystal clear up front and as explained below, has absolutely no affiliation with the Unity Party of America that I founded 22 years ago and chair today) a Domestic Terrorist Organization.

Furthermore, and to clarify that many people illegally listed on the hijacked website unityparty.us have absolutely nothing to do with the AUP and don’t support this rogue organization, I suggest you focus on the below named individuals for the cited reasons:

• William Eric Bodenstab, Jr. of Arvada, CO

  • Confessed to threatening political violence (over a lost vote, no less)

  • Likely posted obscene pornography to disrupt national UPA meetings

  • Detailed police report is with the Austin PD (but, hey, it’s Austin, right?)

• Jim Wiest of Olympia, WA

  • Attempted extortion to influence a political outcome

  • Most likely engaged with in conspiracy with Bodenstab multiple times

• Judge Tijani Remus Cole of Lafayette, CO

  • Illegally “founded” the American Unity Party and thus defrauded voters

  • Committing ongoing additional fraud by falsely claiming party position

• Gary Swing of (his mother’s house in retirement?) in AZ

  • Has engaged in some Antifaish artwork involving Adolf Hitler imagery

  • Has seriously broken German law on serial/ongoing basis (through Sat.)

• Maxwell Thom of Some Dark Hole, USA

  • Brazenly conspired with Swing and Cole to illegally steer ‘24 Unity Party of Colorado nomination to Cornel West, aiding and abetting this lawlessness

• Tim Wolf of Boulder, CO

  • Mr. Wolf very much provided material support to what became the AUP when he illegally transferred unityparty.us to the crooks now running it

Indeed, one reason that I’m making this request is to get out ahead of these fraudsters who are endangering the livelihoods (if not the lives) of the hundreds and hundreds of individuals listed on that hijacked site. I’ve been contacted by individuals requesting the removal of their names for reasons ranging from their political opponents citing their listing after they’ve been elected to state-level offices within the GOP to upstanding citizens and government contractors who are concerned that their listing could adversely affect their security clearances.

As an additional bonus, Mr. President, please note that the website unityparty.us hijacked by the so-called American Unity Party continues to be linked to from the official website of the Office of the Colorado Secretary of State at https://www.sos.state.co.us/pubs/elections/Candidates/PoliticalPartyDirectory.html (and yes, I did warn them). I humbly suggest that you make of that what you will, Mr. President, and perhaps enlist Governor Polis in your corrective efforts (I’ve known he’s a regular Quisling ever since he ghosted me after I suggested that you be removed from office using the 25th Amendment in the days after you attempted to overthrow the American government on J6). He’s done a great of rationalizing his commutation of Peters, but I for one have known that he’s been in your court for years and years.

Since I only have second degrees of contact with you and your administration, I’ll most likely be publishing this as an open letter on my campaign site. The appropriate authorities may best contact me via email. Also note I’m currently in Germany.
