  • Donald Rosier was elected District 3 Jefferson County Commissioner in November of 2010 and won re-election to another four-year term in November of 2014.

  • Rosier is a graduate of Colorado State University with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in water resources and has worked in the following fields:

    • Land development and construction
    • Energy development and exploration
  • Rosier served as President of Operations for Summit Oil Field Services and as a principal with Westside Investment Partners Before being elected County Commissioner.

    His other previous positions include:
    • Director of Land Development at Alliance Commercial Partners
    • Vice President at Neumann Homes
    • Review Engineer with the City of Westminster
  • Rosier is a fifth-generation Coloradan who grew up in Arvada and has lived in Jefferson County his entire life.

    He attended:
    • Swanson Elementary
    • North Arvada Junior High
    • Arvada Senior High School
        In high school, Rosier participated in:
      • Soccer
      • Basketball
      • Swimming
      • Track
  • Rosier and his wife, Geri Ann, have lived in south Jefferson County since 1992 and have two sons and a daughter.
  • Rosier served as a member and chairman of the Jefferson County Community Development Advisory Board for eight years. He also teaches Sunday school, coaches lacrosse and volunteers at local schools.
