BILL HAMMONS FOR UNITED STATES SENATE AND COLORADO
Hammons Takes on New Staff; Seeks Committee Members
Boulder, Colorado – 2016 Unity Party of Colorado US Senate Candidate Bill Hammons (www.billisrunning.com) has named both a Campaign Director and a Campaign Manager as he seeks additional Colorado voters to be listed as the vacancy committee for his November ballot nomination petition, which will go into circulation beginning on May 19th for the 1,000 voter signatures needed for Hammons to appear on the US Senate ballot the second consecutive time.
"The review draft of my petition is ready to be submitted to the Secretary of State's Elections Office on Monday, after we've given an opportunity to Colorado voters to sign up for the vacancy committee (a.k.a. the "If-Bill-gets-hit-by-a-bus-in-October" committee) that will be listed on the first page of each petition section," says Hammons. "The one requirement by law is that committee members be affiliated with the Unity Party as of the moment I submit my draft, and my one preference is that committee members reflect the diversity of all of Colorado.
"Anyone who's interested can not only contact my Communications Director Joe Gibbs, but now also my new Campaign Director Walter Kappler or my new Campaign Manager Kendall Brown."
